During a training session on November 22, 2019, the world-famous martial arts grandmaster Xinghong Wang created a world record of seven elbow strikes within one second using single elbow under the condition that "the action must have obvious elbow striking action, cannot be a simple shaking when the elbow is rigidly fixed with the body".

Mr. Xinghong Wang was born on May 20, 1974. He was Executive Vice President of Beijing Chen-Style Taichi Kungfu Association and a double-degree graduate from Tianjin University and a post graduate from central party school. He is proficient in Xingyiquan and Taijiquan, having won many martial arts championships in international wushu contests held in Yongnian Guangfu, Hongkong, and Beijing.

In August 2015, he was selected as a cover character and reported by "Shao Lin and Tai Chi" magazine. In 2018, he was awarded the titles of "Famous Martial Arts Grandmaster"  and "Top 100 Extraordinary Martial Arts Grandmaster" by China national-level media.  In 2019, he was awarded certificates of 9 DUAN and Grandmaster by Kungfu Taichi Federation of Spain, was also selected as “A World Famous Martial Arts Master” by Evaluation Committee of World Famous Martial Arts Master, and was awarded certificate of 9 DUAN by World Fighting Martial Arts Federation.
