Recently, world-renowned martial arts grandmaster and world martial arts champion Xinghong Wang created a Chinness world record of seven elbow strikes within one second using single elbow during a training session and attracted much attention.
Xinghong Wang, living in Beijing, is a famous contemporary martial arts grandmaster, world martial arts champion, and inventor. He is a double-degree graduate from Tianjin University. He has served as the Vice President and Executive Vice President of Beijing Chen-Style Taichi Kungfu Association. He is also a instructor and assessor of Chinese Wushu Duan Rank certification system. In August 2015, he was selected as a cover character by "Shao Lin and Tai Chi" magazine. In 2018, he was awarded the titles of "Famous Martial Arts Grandmaster" and "Top 100 Extraordinary Martial Arts Grandmaster" by national-level media. In 2019, he was awarded certificates of 9 DUAN and Grandmaster by Kungfu Taichi Federation of Spain, was also selected as “A World Famous Martial Arts Master” by Evaluation Committee of World Famous Martial Arts Master, and was awarded certificate of 9 DUAN by World Fighting Martial Arts Federation.
Wang Xinghong has practiced martial arts since childhood and has a history of training and teaching martial arts for nearly 30 years. He is excellent at both martial arts theory and martial arts practice. His contribution also include the invention of the principle of "live knee" of Taichi training system which is an original contribution and helps to complete the overall system of Taijiquan.
